Red Wolf Associates can provide preliminary walk-through assessments, detailed energy audits, and investment grade audits to support your needs.

Third-party measurement and verification

If you are using an Energy Service Company (ESCO) to provide an energy savings performance contract, Red Wolf Associates can provide third-party measurement and verification services to ensure you are achieving the savings guaranteed by the contract.  Often the cost for this service can be rolled into the performance contract, costing you nothing out of pocket.

Strategic energy plans

An energy plan provides a methodology to allow you to effectively manage utilities for your facility.  In addition to evaluating your facilities energy consumption, an energy plan can help to improve the performance of your building, identify energy conservation opportunities, and evaluate equipment upgrades.  Red Wolf Associates can assist your organization with developing a strategic energy plan.

Owner’s engineer

Our personnel can serve as your engineer for small, medium, or large energy retrofit projects.

Energy manager

Many smaller facilities do not have the resources to employ a full-time energy manager.  Red Wolf Associates can serve as on-call energy managers to assist with your site-specific energy needs.

Building energy simulation/modeling

Red Wolf Associates specializes in whole building energy modeling and simulation.  Whether for LEED certifications or applying for 179D tax deductions, we can develop an energy model of your building at the appropriate level of detail for your application.

ENERGY STAR building certifications

Red Wolf Associates is an ENERGY STAR Partner who can assist you with obtaining and maintaining an ENERGY STAR performance rating for your facility.

Process-specific energy analysis

Red Wolf Associates performs detailed engineering analysis of the design, operation, and potential modifications to building and energy systems. We also identify and analyze potential energy, water, waste and cost saving recommendations for building/facility and energy managers as well as Energy Service Companies (ESCOs).

One of Red Wolf Associates major areas of expertise is in using computer modeling as one of our analysis techniques. Our detailed technical analysis provides numerous benefits, including:
